My practice began with my passion for movement and desire to help people live with more ease
I come from a performance background and began studying Alexander Technique and Feldenkrais in 2004 as part of my acting and movement training. Ultimately, I realized my passion lay in movement and body mechanics rather than performance and in 2011 I started my practice as a coach and movement teacher. Over time, I felt that to serve people more completely, I wanted to add hands on work to my practice. Diving into bodywork was one of best decisions I’ve ever made. There is a universe to learn about bodies and I’m dedicated to constantly expanding my breadth of knowledge as a practitioner to best serve those around me. I believe deeply in the power of manual therapy and I’m thrilled to be a practitioner of integrative bodywork as a licensed massage therapist. I want to create opportunities for people to find more joy and comfort in their bodies and welcome all people to my practice.
