I pull from ground movement, strength training, and endurance sport to create a training program that fits your needs. As a movement teacher I’ve taught kickboxing, yoga, HIIT, strength, animal flow, and everything in between. My background in dance, martial arts, and running has shaped me as a person and teacher. My life would not be what it is without movement. It allows me to process my thoughts, show greater empathy, and be more present in my time with family and friends. I want to help you find movement that you love, and are able to carry with you, with or without my assistance. I believe in variation in movement, sustainable goals and having a fun time.
